For Factory Repair or Service on your badsey.com products follow the instructions below.

You must receive a work order number prior to shipping your unit to us for service. We will issue you the work order number when you complete the form below. Or you can call us with your information. No shipments will be accepted without a work order number clearly marked on the shipment.

Factory service Procedure:

• Get your work order number by phone or the form below
• Pack the unit securely for shipping and mark your “work order number” clearly on the outside of the shipment
• Ship the unit to:

• You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
• We inspect your vehicle and give you a written estimate for cost and time to complete via e-mail, fax, or US Postal mail (your choice).
• Sign the estimate and return it with payment for the services to begin work on your badsey.com unit.
• Full Payment for all parts, service and return shipping must be received before releasing the vehicle
• We accept Master Card, Visa, checks, etc.
• All checks must be cleared before vehicle is shipped back
